Step 1 Clear Power Zone Plus Cache

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Settings app Settings. Tap Apps & notifications and then See all apps. Choose Installed Applications Tap Power Zone Plus Tap Storage and then Clear Cache. Tap Manage Space and then Clear all Data. Uninstall and reboot phone then follow steps 2 & 3

Step 2 Clear cache & data from Google Play Services

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Settings app Settings. Tap Apps & notifications and then See all apps. Scroll down and tap Google Play Services. Tap Storage and then Clear Cache. Tap Manage Space and then Clear all Data.

Step 3: Clear the cache & data of the Play Store

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Settings app Settings. Tap Apps & notifications and then See all apps. Scroll down and tap Google Play Store Google Play. Tap Storage and then Clear Cache. Tap Clear data. Wait for 5 minutes, Re-open the Play Store, and try your download again
